This is our third visit to this store. The first time we checked in and waited a very long time, as no one informed me of the check in process, and it is not displayed. The second time I learned about checking in online, but we were skipped for some reason, so I had to address the stylists. This time, we were told a time when I checked in online, waited, got a text saying we were 19 minutes out, and then a stylist went on break, so we were bumped back another 20 minutes. This is not an acceptable way to do business, as I would have waited to come in instead of sitting in the waiting room for more than 40 minutes. We will not be returning to this store.
